Currencies

 

Payments as well as refunds for shipments are all invoiced in euro (eur).

 

Credit cards will be debited in euro, the final price will be calculated in the applicable exchange rate the day the credit card company processes the transaction.

 

Payment methods

 

The following methods of payment are accepted by ledogme.com:

 

Payment by credit card or debit card

 

When clients place orders online, credit details are forwarded to a protected online banking system wich accepts mastercard, visa, american express, apple pay, discover, paypal.

The card will be debited at the moment of the purchase.

 

In pre-order purchases credit cards are debited at the moment the order is placed.

Refunds from returns will be charged-back to the bank account which the original order was paid from.

Le dogme clients are guaranteed maximum credit card security because all transactions are processed using a verisign secure site pro with ev.

 

Shipping and delivery policy

 

Delivery time and cost

 

All orders are processed within 1 working day and shipped with Colissimo. Orders received on a saturday, sunday, or holiday will be processed the following business day. We do not accept responsibility for carrier delays, or delays caused by holidays or natural disasters. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.

 

Once shipped, arrival time of packages may vary from country to country. Orders inside the european union take approximately 2-3 days. Orders outside of the european union take approximately 4-8 days to arrive.

 

Shipments to countries outside european union will be shipped ddu (delivery duties unpaid) which means they may be subject to custom fees, import fees and taxes, these are the sole responsibility of the client and will not be reimbursed by le dogme.

 

European union

 

The prices shown on le dogme when shipping to european union countries include import duties, custom fees and taxes and will be delivered with no extra costs. Shipping cost: available at checkout 

 

Countries included: austria, belgium, croatia, czech republic, denmark, finland, france, germany, greece, hungary, ireland, luxembourg, the netherlands, poland, portugal, slovakia, slovenia, spain, sweden, the united kingdom.                 Shipping cost are available at checkout. 

 

New europe

 

The prices shown on le dogme when shipping to new europe countries include import duties, custom fees and taxes and will be delivered with no extra costs. Shipping cost are available at checkout.

 

Countries included: bulgaria, cyprus, estonia, latvia, lithuania, malta, romania.

 

Switzerland

 

The prices shown on ledogme.com when shipping to switzerland include import duties, custom fees and taxes and will be delivered with no extra costs. Shipping cost are available at checkout.

 

All orders are processed in euro. At the beginning of each season, a fixed exchange rate is determined, and is used to determine the estimated price in the local currency. However, when the order is processed, the exchange rate used is the current exchange rate. For this reason, there may be a difference between the estimated cost, and the cost charged at the time of processing. When a refund is processed, the exchange rate used is that of the current day. This may also cause a variance in the price payed and the price refunded, due to fluctuating exchange rates.

 

Rest of world

 

Items may be subject to custom fees, import fees and/or taxes, these are the sole responsibility of the client and will not be reimbursed by le dogme. Shipping cost are available at checkout.

 

Taxes and duties

 

Items shipped inside the EU union, switzerland, all include taxes, duties and import fees.

 

Orders to all other countries might include taxes, duties and import fees which are country specific and are not covered by le dogme. These fees are at the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

If these payments are not met on delivery, the item doesn’t clear customs or if the item is not withdrawn for any reason, the item will be sent back to le dogme or destroyed, depending on local laws. Return import fees will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will not be given in cases in which the package has been destroyed or lost once sent back to le dogme.

 

If and when an agent is necessary in order to clear a package from customs, these fees are the sole responsibility of the client and will not be reimbursed by le dogme.

 

Important information

 

All orders are processed within 1 working day. However, during sale seasons orders might suffer a slight delay due to an excessive amount of orders being filled out. In the case of a non-standard volume shipment, we reserve the right to contact the client for payment of additional shipment costs that may arise. Le dogme will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of le dogme.

 

All shipments are accompanied with an official invoice with the exact declared value of each item in euro. Sale and discounted items reflect discounted prices.

 

Once orders are sent a change of delivery address will no longer be possible, please make sure to fill out a correct address when checking out.

 

First time customers might need to be checked with their bank and/or credit provider for authenticity reasons. This may slightly delay order dispatch.

 

Worth of goods will be publicly available on the package’s insert for tax reasons on all orders.

 

Pre-order products are shipped upon the arrival of the products in the warehouse within the time that is stated on the product’s purchase page. Le dogme will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by circumstances beyond the control of le dogme that cause pre-ordered products to arrive at the warehouse later than the time specified on the product’s purchase page.

 

In the case that a client decides not to accept his/her order, for any reason after shipment, both return shipping fees and import fees will be his/her responsibility and duly deducted from his/her refund.

 

Insurance

 

From the moment of dispatch the package is fully insured with dhl against damage, theft and loss. Once the package has been signed for by the customer or gift recipient the responsibility shifts to the customer and the insurance is void. We urge customers to not accept packages that are damaged, broken or seem to have been tampered with. In such cases contact our customer care team at customercare@ledogme.com for support. We do not offer returns based on these accusations once the package has been signed for.

 

Return policy

 

We gladly accept exchanges or refund within 10 days from the receipt of the merchandise. Kindly note that we can only exchange an item for the same article in a different size. The new size will be dispatched as soon as we have received the article that is to be exchanged. Please note that we can only accept exchanges from the country which the shipment was sent to. We cannot offer exchanges or returns of merchandise that require cites documentation to travel.

 

In order to start the exchange or refund process the customers can contact le dogme customer care team via email at customercare@ledogme.com

 

Stating the order number, reason for return and whether it’s a request for product exchange or a refund. The customer will then receive an email with a return authorization number that is needed to fill out the return tag which must be sent back with the item/s in question. The customers can also give his phone contact in order to be contacted by the  customercare@ledogme.com  team as soon as possible.

 

Please follow the instructions given by the customer care team while sending your return back to rick owens avoiding any discrepancy. Item/s that will not match le dogme return policy will be not take into consideration and sent back to the customer at his own cost.

 

The returned items must be sent back in their original packaging together with all the materials received with the item/s (bags, wrapping, etc.). The item/s must be unharmed, worn or altered and must have all original security seals still attached. The le dogme packaging must not be used as the external parcel for the shipment.if the item does not fit these requirements the item will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own cost.

 

Size or color exchanges will only be issued if requested sizes and colors are in stock. Exchanges for different items are not accepted. An item can only be exchanged once.

 

The refund procedure will take 10 days from the arrival of the item/s at the warehouse. Any changes in currency during the return period will not be reimbursed. Orders paid by credit card will be refunded to the original card used during checkout. The refunded amount will be available within the next billing statement, this may change depending on banks and credit providers. 

 

All return shipping and import fees are at the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees will be deducted from the final refund and will not be reimbursed.

 

All import fees and shipping costs involved in the exchange will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Purchases of products that require cites are only returnable or exchangeable from within the eu. Gift returns will be credited to the original account that purchased the items.

 

Sale items and items with reduced prices follow the same regulation as full price items.

 

All products are checked at the warehouse for any faults. However, if a customer receives an item not in the original state please contact customercare@ledogme.com

Once an order has been placed the requested item/s are automatically reserved until the credit card has been charged, at which point the customer will receive an email notifying them the order has been accepted with an official receipt of purchase.

 

In cases of advanced payment for items that will become available in the future the card is charged when placing the order and the item will be reserved until it is available and shipped unless otherwise stated. 

 

First use customers paying by credit card might face a slight delay in charges due to an authentication process that’s takes place. In such cases the receipt and final confirmation of the order will be sent to the customer after approval from the bank.

If a customer ordered an item and within 1 days of the placing the order the specific item has been chosen to go on sale with a reduced price the customer has the right to get the price difference refunded by contacting customercare@ledogme.com

Returns and exchange

 

If a customer is unsatisfied with their order for any reason the item/s in question can be returned to le dogme for an exchange or refund within 10 days of delivery.we cannot offer exchanges or returns of merchandise that require cites documentation to travel.

Shipping, insurance and delivery

 

Orders are shipped within 2 working days of received payment. During sale seasons shipping time may be delayed due to a large amount of orders being placed.

 

Items are insured by colissimo during delivery. Once the package is signed for at the stated address by the client (or gift recipient) the insurance is no longer valid and responsibility is transferred to the customer.

 

We ship with colissimo and require signature upon receipt. If the client instructs dhl contrary to this requirement, the responsibility for the package's security lies solely with the client.

Promotional codes

 

Promotional codes can be used during checkout only once unless stated otherwise. The discount or bonus will only be visible once the code has been entered into the promotional code box on the checkout page and has been accepted.

 

Le dogme will not refund or be held responsible for promotional codes that have not been used for any reason.

 

Registration

 

In order to gain access to some features of ledogme.com users are asked to register an account. By registering a user agrees to submit correct and accurate information. We urge users to create a safe and unique password. This account, with the information given, can be used by the user to easily place orders, manage his information and gain access to useful tools on ledogme.com  the information given will not be sent to any third parties without permission from the user and will only be used for internal research unless otherwise stated.

 

If a user thinks his account has been hacked, compromised or used without permission we urge the user to write us at customercare@ledogme.com so immediate action can be taken in order to keep information private.

 

In a case where information is accessed by a third party not due to negligence on our part - ledogme.com will not be held responsible.
